What path did the workshop "Between Crisis and War: Philosophizing?" follow, from the definition of philosophy to the passage to the philosophy of action?

Dominique Pagani opens the session by keeping a promise: he shows that Theseus's amnesia repeats itself, and he links the Cretan myth to Tristan and then to the drive of repetition in Freud, born from the observation of the traumatized of the war of 1914. He then takes up the plan of the workshop: the introduction locates the specificity of philosophy in the Socratic cut, where the question "what do you call...?" concerns words and no longer things, between the mathematician and the poet. He shows that philosophy presupposes freedom, a postulate of practical reason according to Kant, and that it is born historically from crisis. The first part, "what can I know?", moves from empiricism to rationalism then to determinism, which denies freedom and opens a crisis. He concludes from this the passage to the philosophy of action and to text commentaries, where one seeks in human achievements the flagrant instances of freedom.
