What should be understood by liberal-libertarianism, and how does the confusion between the State and the State apparatus prepare the return of fascism and war?

Dominique Pagani starts from the song of the German International Brigades and a listener's comment, a descendant of Spanish republicans, on the forgetting of the Spanish Civil War and the Franco-British non-intervention committee. He draws a methodological lesson from it: the words "pacifist" and "warmonger" mean nothing as long as one does not apply Aristotle's conditions of contradiction, since the same people were pacifist regarding Spain and warmongering regarding Finland. He then distinguishes the State that limits my freedom from the State that broadens it (state forest, hospital, school), and shows that the current State apparatus serves private capitalism, the enemy of the State understood as the general will. He finally defines leftism by its three species (anarchists, trotskyists, maoists): claiming to be to the left of the Communist Party, it was to the right of De Gaulle. He concludes that the libertarian who spits on the State works for the liberal of the MEDEF, and that this alliance leads to fascism.
