Why does Clouscard, in Les Chemins de la praxis, pass through Hegel and ontology to think social being, and what becomes of the notion of identity?

Dominique Pagani starts from Lenin's reading of Hegel's Logic to justify Clouscard's philosophical "detour" against the accusation of philosophism. For him, theory is a detour that starts from the political and returns to it. Ontology must also be wrested from Heidegger's hands. He then shows that Hegel, from the Jena period on, makes the tool a power of spirit and the middle term between the worker and the object: praxis is thought before Marx. A question from the audience leads him to the notion of identity. There is neither action nor identity in nature, only otherness, and identity is the result of a historical process, always caught up in a praxis. The session ends with "being and added value," the social outlet of the book, and a call for collective work around the work.
